Project Overview
Jably is a Korean AI startup connecting international talent with local companies. The existing website lacked a clear identity — it tried to speak to everyone and ended up reaching no one. My role was to redesign it as a focused B2B platform that speaks directly to HR managers and university partners, while keeping the door open for students.
Approach
I started with a full UX audit — mapping every broken interaction, weak copy, and misaligned audience signal. From there, I rebuilt the information architecture around two distinct user paths, created a complete design system from scratch, and rewrote every key section of copy. The goal was simple: a visitor should know exactly what Jably does, who it's for, and what to do next — within three seconds of landing.

Final Results
A complete website redesign across four pages — Home, Partnerships, Blog, and Blog Detail — built on a unified design system with consistent color tokens, responsive typography, and reusable components. The new homepage guides two audiences through one cohesive experience, backed by real credibility signals: $770K in early revenue, 10+ national awards, and partnerships with 30+ Korean universities.
